Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all furniture and home products sold by Susa Trade within the United States. By browsing, placing orders, or receiving products, users agree to comply with this policy.

2. Cancellation Period

Customers may request to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied, without providing a reason (14-day no-reason cancellation policy).

3. Product Condition Requirements

Products requested for cancellation must remain new or with only minor signs of use, and must be suitable for resale. Any damaged or incomplete products may not be eligible for cancellation.

4. Scope of Cancellation

Cancellation requests can apply to a single item or the entire order, provided that the product meets the condition requirements.

5. Submitting a Cancellation Request

Customers must submit a cancellation request via email to info@susatradeinc.com providing the order number and details of the items to be canceled.

6. Customer Service Confirmation

Upon receiving the cancellation request, customer service will confirm within 24 hours whether the request meets the criteria and provide authorization instructions.

8. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Susa Trade. Customers do not need to pay additional fees. Please retain shipping documentation for verification.

9. Cancellation Processing Time

Once the returned items are received and verified to be in good condition, the store will complete the cancellation process within 2 business days, and the payment will be refunded via the original payment method.
