4. Return Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for returns are fully covered by Susa Trade. Customers are not required to pay any additional fees.
5. Order Processing and Shipment
All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments use reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.
6. Receipt Confirmation
Upon receiving the product, customers should inspect the packaging and product condition. If any shipping damage or missing parts are found, please contact customer service immediately.
7. Shipping Fees
Orders of $138 or more qualify for free shipping; orders below $138 incur a shipping fee of $11.99.
8. Product Warranty
Susa Trade provides a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or improper use.
9. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
